Da lunedì basta con i biscotti.
Basta con la pizza.
Basta con la lasagna ed i cannelloni.
Basta intingoli, basta fritti, basta dolci…
Vita sana, esercizio fisico, movimento, mi segno in palestra e la mattina vado a camminare.
Da lunedì a pranzo e a cena mangio solo un insalata… Promesso!
